Where to pick up your order

Our Pick-up Locations

AFTER you have been notified that your order is ready, you may pick it up at the pick-up location that you chose when you ordered. 

IN STORE pick-ups can be made anytime during regular store hours at the in store location that you choose.

Store locations are Southern Voice in Boerne

or

Sassy Shack Boutique in Spring Branch.

common questions

WHERE can I pick up my order?

I will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up. When it's ready, you can pick up your order at the  "in store" location that you chose OR the remote pick-up site if you chose remote delivery. (in Comfort) The remote pick-up is one day/time only.

Can you ship my order to me?

Yes I can, If you are NOT in the Boerne/San Antonio area. I ship on Mondays only, so please be sure you order early enough to allow for shipping time.

During times of high demand, I have to discontinue shipping. So, again, please order early.

WHEN will my order be ready?

after I have made your order, I will send you an email when you order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped. You can pick it up according to the delivery option that you chose.

How long will it take to make your order? Well, that depends on how many orders have to be completed for HoCo dates before yours. I really do try to make them all as quickly as possible.

So, the only promise I can make you is that it WILL be ready for delivery by the Thursday before your homecoming OR shipped on the Monday before your homecoming.

I can't pick up my order at your scheduled remote delivery time. What do I do?

If you are unsure about being able to pick up your order at a remote date/time, please choose an IN STORE pick up. That way you can pick your order up at your leisure during store hours.

Rest assured, I will make sure you get your order. 

If you just can't make the remote pick-up time, the easiest solution is to have someone else pick it up for you. If that's not an option, I'll do my best to meet you outside of my remote pick-up schedule, but you will have to come to Boerne/Fair Oaks.

What if I need to pick my order up early?

If you order early, your order will usually be ready early.

A day or 2 early is usually no problem. Please don't ask me to have it done earlier that that. If you need it early, it's best to order it early.

I'll do my very best to have your order completed early IF you let me know when you need it. But please understand, I may have too many orders that must be completed before yours.

I can only promise that it will be ready by Thursday before your homecoming date.
